How can we quickly present a complex and multifaceted science, eminently human and therefore subtle? What is naturopathy? Why turn to it? What is my background?
I invite you to explore these pages — browse slowly or skim through them and return later — and to share your comments with me, as my site is constantly evolving.
Naturopathy is particularly well suited to chronic health concerns — “for a global concern, a global solution,” as I often say — and I support you in regaining and maintaining overall well-being: intestinal transit (constipation, bloating, acidity, inflammation, Crohn’s…), food intolerance, allergies (food-related, skin-related…), sleep, stress, menstrual concerns (painful or irregular periods…), pregnancy, fertility (I welcome couples), breastfeeding, pain (arthritis or otherwise), fatigue, weight and slimming, smoking cessation…
I have the particularity of having a foundational university education in nutrition, two postgraduate degrees (DESS in 1992 at the University of Sciences Montpellier and a Master of Science in 1997 at the Faculty of Medicine in Aberdeen, Scotland), which I have further enriched and integrated (in 2009) into the holistic and natural approach of renewed and scientific naturopathy, this ancient art and science, and I continue to train continuously to provide you with ever more advanced expertise.
During the consultation, thanks to a very thorough anamnesis (questions about your health history and current situation) — “what do you eat, how is your sleep, elimination pathways, energy…” — I advise you, according to your needs, on a healthy diet tailored to your personality (food profiling according to Taty Lawers), dietary supplements (micronutrition, probiotics…), herbal medicine products (plants, essential oils, gemmotherapy, Bach flowers…), and lifestyle exercises (reflexology, meditation, yoga nidra, hydrotherapy, shiatsu…). I recommend a comprehensive, holistic, personalized, and progressive health program.
